Case Study Overview

A local auto dealership wanted to promote its services and special offers to its existing customers. We decided to curate a custom programmatic marketing strategy by leveraging its CRM data to target specific addresses of its existing customers. Our goal was to achieve 0.10% CTR. We also wanted to track the number of dealership visits received from every individual we targeted.

Solution

We tracked the online browsing habits of our customers and bought programmatic ad spaces on that website so that the customers can come across our advertisement whenever they are scrolling through the websites they visit regularly. We also used geofencing strategies to address the buyer’s exact location. Then we built a geofence around the users’ location which allowed us to retarget via mobile, tablets, and various devices. Our team also generated a conversion zone around the dealership to track the number of users who saw the ad and then visited the client’s showroom in person.

Results

The duration of the campaign was 4 weeks. We attained 0.22% CTR which is double what the client was aiming for. There were more in-person visitors at the store because of the geofencing strategy.
